Why does the website sometimes fail to save my results? This has happened to me several times.

Hi. whenever i practice ielts reading ac on this site, once i'm done answering one question (suppose i have answered the question no.1) but when i try to go back to the question, it does not come back. no matter how many times i try to scroll back, it does not work. Even when i click the questions below (PART 1. 1 2 3 ....) nothing works. Is there any suggestion or tip for that? How to fix that or to see that?
