Part 1 In this part, the examiner asks you about yourself, your home, work or studies and other familiar topics.
  • Have you ever seen some old buildings in your city?
  • Do you think we should keep old buildings in cities?
  • Do you prefer living in an old building or a modern house?
  • Are there any old buildings you want to see in the future? Why?
Part 2
In this part, you will have to talk about the topic for one to two minutes. You have one minute to think about what you are going to say. You can make some notes to help you if you wish.
  • Describe a quiet place you like to go
  • You should say:
  • Where it is
  • How you knew it
  • How often you go there
  • What you do there
  • And explain how you feel about the place
Part 3 In this part, the examiner asks you a few more detailed questions about the same topic.
  • Do you know other quiet places?
  • Is it hard to find quiet places in cities?
  • Why do old people prefer to live in quiet places?

This is great, adding a timer to simulate the exam would be a great addition.
