Part 1 In this part, the examiner asks you about yourself, your home, work or studies and other familiar topics.
  • What is your major?
  • Do you like your major, and why?
  • And what do you do at the moment?
  • What do you like about your job?
  • Is there anything you dislike about your job?
  • Would you like to have your own business one day?
Part 2
In this part, you will have to talk about the topic for one to two minutes. You have one minute to think about what you are going to say. You can make some notes to help you if you wish.
  • Describe an important letter/e-mail you have received.
  • You should say:
  • When you received the letter
  • Who sent you that letter
  • What it was about
  • and explain the reasons why it is important.
Part 3 In this part, the examiner asks you a few more detailed questions about the same topic.
  • What is the difference between a letter and an email?
  • How do you think internet has changed traditional letter writing?
  • Would post offices disappear in the next fifty years?
